Structural Surveys & Investigations

Structural surveys, particularly of domestic properties, are sometimes mistakenly considered to be straightforward ‘easy’ engineering by some engineering consultants, and are therefore undertaken by junior members of staff . Nothing could be further from the truth. Observing defects is the simple part, but diagnosing the root cause(s) specific structural defects is where the knowledge and experience of a professionally qualified engineer is paramount.

All structural surveys are undertaken by Technicus Consulting are conducted by our qualified and experienced chartered engineers. Offshore Engineering

Our team of professionally qualified engineers have a wealth of structural design and consultancy experience designing and specifying structures for the offshore oil, gas, and renewable energy sectors.
